Kanpur: A Madrassa teacher was arrested on Tuesday for sexually exploiting and blackmailing a 17-year-old minor girl in Bithoor police station area of the district in Uttar Pradesh. On Monday, the police had registered a case on the complaint of the minor and since then they were searching for him.
